ZrO2 is an excellent ceramic preparation material that can maintain chemical stability in medium–strong acid and alkali environments. The sintering impregnation method was used to prepare the ZrO2/TiO2/Al2O3 composite nanofiltration membrane (ZTA membrane). Nano-ZrO2, submicron TiO2, microporous Al2O3 were as surface layer, transition support respectively. structure phase of measured by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) X-ray diffractometer (XRD). membrane’s retention, hydrophilic hydrophobic properties characterized evaluated using a UV–Vis spectrophotometer, water contact angle tester (WCA), dead-end filtration device. With increase separation layer deposition time, retention rate methyl blue increased, flux decreased. At time 75 min, more than 80%, reached 337.5 L·m−2 h−1 bar−1 at −1 bar transmembrane pressure. membranes are have different interception abilities for metal ions, order effect Ag+ > Cu2+ Mg2+ Na+, 65.3% 50.5%, prepared ZTA has potential application value heavy ion filtration.
